The concept is simple really. You take 15 minutes for you every day for 15 days. Build that habit. 

I tell you exactly what to do in those 15 minutes. First we calm the mind and then we bring the ideas and excitement alive again.

This is for you if...

 

You love being a mother and yet you still have this urge, this craving, this knowing that you want to be more. You want to make a difference in the world. 

But you feel stuck and disconnected from how to do that. Perhaps shame creeps in telling you being mom should be enough. 

Perhaps you once knew what your big, audacious dream was but you feel disconnected from it now - or aren't sure how to describe it. 

You are worried that the world will think you are crazy because it is not the 'usual' way  of doing things.

This 15 day challenge will help you build a habit of taking 15 intentional minutes for you every day and teach you the process to follow in those 15 minutes that will get you feeling grounded, connected, and connecting with your inner voice...the one that holds that big, audacious dream. 

Build the habit of intentional time for you

We will give you the science behind habit change and help you make it stick. 

Expect some pre-work of audio files you can listen to while driving, cooking, etc.

Clear steps to feel connected with you

Know exactly what to do in those daily 15 minutes by following a simple process to move you from flustered to calm, connected and into ideation. 

You will get daily 2-3 minute audio files to listen to in preparation. 

Connect with others

You will be invited to join a pop up Facebook group to connect with others in the challenge, post your thoughts and insights, and be held accountable. 

Because doing it with others is not only fun but will increase the likelihood of completing the challenge exponentially.
